I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have made for my business and also personally, because we got to know each other throughout this time working together and I consider Melissa a friend now. It’s funny how in the beginning you just want to jump right into what you think needs done for the business, but I had no idea that there were a few important personal things that I needed to work on first. One of them was that my organization skills were lacking… I had so many ideas that were taking me all over the place, leaving me extremely overwhelmed and robbed of time to be able to try to implement them all. I've been in discussion with a company that wants me to shoot real estate listings for them at a contracted rate (super low) and they have promised that they could fill my calendar. They want me to turn over all of my current RE agents to them. Ummm...no. Yesterday I told them that my goal was not to be "busy", but profitable! It was very empowering!
